Proposed Wild and Scenic River
This river has outstanding historic and cultural resources. There is an unusually high quantity and quality of American Indian archaeological sites in this segment, showing continual habitation of the river corridor for more than 2,500 years, including seasonal camps, many grinding rocks, village sites, and more.
